Returns & Exchanges Policy
You have the right to exchange or return beverage products (for a refund) within 14 days of purchase date. The beverage products need to be unused with product tags still attached. When you return or exchange beverage products, you must cover the return shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your beverage products or give you a refund, depending on your request. You will not be reimbursed for your original shipping charges (because we already paid them to Australia Post). If you received ‘Free Shipping” on your order, then the shipping fees paid by Free Energy Drink Australia Pty Ltd will be retained from the full refund amount. There is a $5 handling fee applied to refunds.
We do not take responsibility for any beverage products lost during the return shipping. Free Energy Drink Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason, but we are usually very reasonable with our returns/exchanges policy. Free Energy Drink Australia Pty Ltd will not issue refunds/exchanges for goods after 14 days from date of transaction on this website. If any conditions here are not met, Free Energy Drink Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange.
How to Exchange or Return Beverage products
Email us with your order number, which beverage products you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us make better beverage products) Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.
If you do not contact us before returning your beverage products, you risk not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
